I read the last part in robotic voice.

I don't get it.

It's a play on the recent recut of The Last Roundup, where they removed all mention of Derpy's name, changed her voice, and underped her eyes. When the episode aired originally someponies cried about Derpy being retarded (Tia knows we can't have retarded people being portrayed on television, THEY MAY BE OFFENDED), and as such Hasbro pulled the episode so they could "Fix" it, by destroying Derpy's, well, derpyness.

That depends on which voice you heard it in.

Um, they edited the episode because the word derpy can be defined as retarded and they didn't want little girls (the shows target audience) calling each other that.

They also edited her voice because it didn't match what the storyboard writer had in mind while writing the scene.

You're forgetting the part where they changed Derpy's eyes, animation, and Rainbow Dash's voice.

The writer of that episode has said that the eyes will continue to be derped in the future. The voice will probably change to the more girly voice. The name...that's up in the air. It may go back to Ditzy.
