Love Blooms

It's spring! And what better way to bring in the longer days and warmer temperatures than some hot, steamy, outdoor lovemaking? ^____^

I REALLY like how this image turned out. My dear friend byzil and I have been hoping to get a commission together from Ruaidri for quite some time. So when the opportunity finally came up I wanted to make sure the end result was something that would make the wait well worth it. To that end, I kinda went a bit overboard when describing all the details in my original correspondence. -^_^-

Fortunately it seems all of that detail came together pretty smoothly and quickly; which I attribute primarily to Ru's practiced skill and keen eye for artistry. I barely had to suggest any alterations during the sketching phase, and even those were minor. :)

The scene being depicted actually stems from an IM RP series between me and Byzil. One which incorporated an unusually high degree of storyline and background detail. Arc's adventures take him across a broad mountain range, filled with peaks and valleys, forests and lakes, and all sorts of unique wonders and uncharted dangers. He usually travels alone, but for this journey, he'd need an experienced guide. Fortunately the gryphoness Kaseria was more than happy to join him and show the way. The pair soon became quite close. And eventually...well...just look! ^_~ <3
