Not exactly, from what ive gathered of what the artist said was that the parasitic larva only stimulates the hosts testicles to get them really horny so when the hosts cums spreads all the larva around.

Original commissioner here, the setting is the worms keeps small part of wolf's nut alive, so the wolf isn't sterile. They will keep making new worms to reproduce or replacing any worms died inside the wolf's nut.

I would say no, if there is any pain receptor in the nuts, those would been consumed with most of the tissue in the testicles.
