30/09/2019 - Nothing like cutting heads with machetes when poor Fenneko was still alive.
It seems simple, but it took me a while to draw that pose, but well, at least I had her head roll all over the floor... And so, I have a new wallpaper n_n

MemberThat's totally okay, but why are you telling this to us?
Humerus Boner
MemberI don't get this... I am legit curious, do people get off to this? If so, can someone explain to me what is so appealing about this sort of thing?
I am not trying to make fun of it, I just want to understand.
Aomikan
MemberGore isn't my thing either, though sometimes the mood hits me and I find myself looking it up out of morbid curiosity. I think it's the same part of the brain that makes people have rape fetishes. Or enjoy roller coasters and scary movies and video games. It's a terrifying situation experienced in a safe environment. So a person gets a little adrenaline / endorphin rush without there being actual danger to themselves or others.
Floofsnoots
MemberIt's called virtue signalling. They are letting us know that they think kink-shaming is okay when they think only a small number of people like it. Frankly, I hate this shit too, but it's not like it harms anyone real.

MemberWho would've killed her, and why?
ubaresc
MemberIs this a not so subtle reference to that 90's era DOS game produced by George Lucas, that was also referenced in Fallout 3 with the note "check the house" and a key
If not thats ok
Humerus Boner
MemberI see... Yeah, that makes sense. Thanks.

MemberPoor Fenneko, she's always been my favorite. :(

MemberWell, buckle up, buckaroo, for I am about to clue you in on why I personally find this appealing.
It isn't necessarily the death, or the blood or the misery, but it's just general theming. I've been into horror since I was very young, and when I found out that sites like this had images like this, I jumped with joy. Then again, the coloration of the blood can make or break an image. So, there's your explaination. Any questions?
tiger-thetiger
MemberCruelty can be one reason. And you can go pretty far in fantasy, because noone gets harmed no matter how far you go.

MemberWot? This is an amazing artpiece,
Madg5
MemberSimple gore like this one is appealing due to how realistic the time of death is in the picture, in this one the death was recent so the blood is still coming from the neck, the other appeal being the blood on the weapon, for me personally, it's seeing the guts fall out of their belly.
