That is irrelevent. You tag what you see on here, and since there is only one character nothing visible indicates lesbian.

So it's okay for gay single characters to be by themselves but have gay in their tags? I've seen plenty showing off their anus', or playing with toys, and they stay marked gay, but mine can't stay marked lesbian? The indication that thew character is lesbian is the tag itself, giving the viewer the acknowledgement that's what the character is.

No, it is not okay for male solo pics to be tagged gay, unless they have cum drizzling out of their butts or something. The gay and lesbian tags are for indicating depicted sexual acts. Tagging a character's sexual orientation if nothing is happening serves no functional purpose in the interest of facilitating searches. Pretty sure this policy isn't exclusive to e621 either.

I think the tagging situation should be changed. It often helps to get things tagged that aren't necessarily shown directly by the picture.
