Also speaking of questioning the anatomy of porn, there's lots of posts that ignore anatomy (not calling that post out exclusively, just the first image I found), so I'm not sure why you chose one of the tamer ones to go off on, seeing as anal sex isn't exactly the weirdest thing on this site.
