Considering this is a world where countless nigh-identical individuals are known to exist (Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny), I'm not so sure about that. Hell, the anime even has one character who's identical to Jessie (namely Jessebelle, the woman James is supposed to marry according to his parents' wishes).
