Rose trying to get Arashi to loosen up a bit and come out on the town with her. Arashi, being the strict type, doesnt really feel like shed enjoy herself. non the less, she went along with Rose, though she chose to dress a bit more modest than rose, even though rose strill tried to show a bit more leg XD
