To be fair, that is a DShK mounted on there. Most countries/groups that use those probably don't give too much of a fuck about medic protocols.

I know, I only answered the questition. Ok I forget to tell that not every country signed the genfer convention.

But did U see that this vehicle is a M- ATV 2 ? Only America and Poland uses them, and both countries signed the convention.

Ok America signed them,but they dont care.

Maybe still late but: It´s not a abuse of the Symbol. It´s a abuse for the red cross when you paint it as sample on a Depot for ammo to protect it from airstrikes. Or use it on a tank as sample. Medics are allowed to wear weapons. The only weapon that isn´t allowed for a medic is anti-tank weapons like MILAN, TOW or PzF-4.

And i know it cuz i´m actually in a Military medic unit.

Oshkosh M-ATV. Fairly uncertain they're Medic vehicles, though. But they can be with a few modifications. Just, take off the .50 Cal and it's all good.
