  • The quality of artwork is decent, yet has massive negative score. I think I see the trend, Zootopia content that doesn't align with head-cannon usually seems to get a very bad score.

Well yes, but also no. Given what the artist is known for, and for what he/she portrays as a joke in this comic, the dislikes are from the artist basically just posting art. In addition to the amount of dislikes he/she would get from past comics, more dislikes are added based on this comic alone. (BTW, as far as I could tell, this comic seems to be joking about the George-Floyd incident.)

It’s much more complicated than that.

  • Can someone be banned from adding certain tags to their posts? Albinefox keeps abusing the humor tag.

Just because you don't personally find something funny doesn't make it not funny.

Just because an artist adds the humor tag to their own post, it doesn't make it funny.

There are some posts by the artist that have humor, true. But being tacky, like having an OC called Slave-chan, or frequently tagging their posts where a character is killed and another is raped as 'humor' is what I'm talking about.

    Pain can be funny. Slapstick.
Murder and rape can be funny. Dark comedy.
But you still need that all-important comedic device. Even the most tasteless of jokes require more than shock. Without the person asking the difference between a corvette and a pile of dead babies as a setup, you just have a pile of dead babies in a garage. That isn't humor.

Humor is subjective. You can seethe about it all you want but it won’t change that fact.

Humor has elements of subjectivity AND objectivity. There is logic in how it is told, and there are emotions and knowledge in how it is interpreted. For instance, in-jokes make no sense to people who don't share the knowledge of events behind them. Subjectivity is on how something is personally interpreted, and not an innate component.

Tags on images are objective. They serve to make navigating this site easier, and have a clear purpose. If every image was tagged humor due to subjectivity being applied, the tag would be effectively useless.

    Underrated post.

Because it's making a joke out of the George Floyd accident.

Drawn pretty well? Maybe for a 9 year old. I can't even figure out what the fuck is going on.
