The reason, is because this site operates under a rule of "tag what you see, not what you know." This visibly appears to be guy-on-guy by site tagging standards. Fortunately, the site also recently adopted a new form of tags-the lore tags-for denoting things that the artist and/or character owner intended to be part of the character's lore, but which are not visibly verifiable in-image.

Reciever clearly has small breasts tho. Clearly appears as intersex for the tags.

I think it depends on her gender identity. If she identifies as a girl, then she would be straight if she only likes guys and/or male-identified non-binaries. It would only count as gay/lesbian sex if the guy fucking her was a girl or trans-girl instead.
