I'm baack! Sorry for the long absence guys, I went on my vacation to two conventions here in Europe as well as a couple of days at the seaside. I'm a bit late on my assignments, but no worries, I plan to catch up on them very soon!

About this commission - I took most of the color scheme here directly from the film "Zulu" - this is why it looks so vivid. The rifle he's shooting is the Martini Henry - a real monster of a rifle from that same time period. Lately I'm starting to do a lot more post processing on my images and I've got to say - 1-2 hours extra doing that really shows up in the final product. I hope I'll get to paint Richard again soon - he's such a pleasant character ^^ !
