That cuntboy is so adorable <3

the term "cuntboy" is incredibly offensive to trans and intersex folk. Please use andromorph or even just boy. "Cuntboy" "dickgirl" "shemale" and other shit like that pretty much just level trans and intersex people down to their genitals, and if you seriously want to be proper or literal, andromorph, gynomorph and hermaprodite are words that can be used, or just use the term that the character/person prefers

He called Oliver a cuntboy. A fictional character, not a real person.
Do you think Oliver is gonna suddenly leap off the page and give you a medal for defending him?

no, its just because as a literal transgender guy myself, its incredibly derogatory. Ive been called a cuntboy before, and it peeves me because thats not what i am, im just a dude. Im not defending a fictional character, im defending my rights as a transgender guy and the fact that terms like "cuntboy", "dickgirl", "shemale", "shehe", "heshe" and "pusslad" are incredibly vulgar. I wasnt even being rude, and yall are so absolutely butthurt for someone asking you to not call trans guys "cuntboys"

Personally, I would think terms like andromorph, hermaphrodite, or gynomorph are just as offensive. I know what they mean, but to a lot of people, it will sound like xenomorph or some other sort of alien thing. It would sound like you aren't even human. I have met an intersex person, and he would prefer I don't use any term like that. Just call him by what gender he looks like the most he said. Maybe I just don't know much, but don't you think there could be better terms? I mean, "cuntboy" is offensive because it defines your genitals, and not you as a person, but doesn't "boy," "girl," "male," "female," do the exact same thing? Or at least they do in science. I admit, I'm not too knowledgeable on the subject. I'm actually curious, so if you don't mind helping me figure it out, that would be nice.

Side note: personally, I don't care what ever someone calls me. Could even be a derogatory term. As long as it works to make the subject clear, or to get my attention, it serves the purpose of any other label. I don't try and tie myself to a label, I am just me.

lmao @ trying to police peoples speech on a porn site

e621 has a pretty robust system for keeping comment sections relatively filth-free, actually. Commenting slurs, political opinions, misinformation, or creepy sex fantasies often leads to accounts getting suspended or banned.

But nobody is calling you a cuntboy. Nobody is challenging your rights. Telling others online not to use certain words is not "defending your rights". Accusing others of being butthurt while policing their language makes you look silly.

This person is 1000% correct. Report the fucking comment and leave.

Boy and girl dont describe what someones sex is, where the word cunt and dick describe genitals. I see what you mean though

i find it strange that literally no one said anything about "hermaphrodite". (educated) people don't use that for people anymore. has been some time. though i gotta say, don't much like the "new" terms for any of this shit either. kinda lame

  • Hermaphrodite is the biologist's term for dual sex. Both male and female at the same time. It's the technical term. Educated people use it all the time.

'Educated people' really don't, when referring to people - but plenty of armchair biologists do. Hermaphrodism is a subsection of the intersexed tree of presentation, representing a very narrow presentation of genital organs: it literally reduces the subject to genitalia, so it's been phased out by people who know what they're talking about.

You're both right. It is a biological term and it is rarely used for humans. As long as you arent talking about human animals it's plenty in use. eg, some species being simultaneous hermaphrodites. Biology is NOT human centric and people always assume it is when they get in slapfights about trans people.

It's the same reason it's stupid imo to bring up gender in animals unless you're just trying to say that something isnt inheriently "unnatural" or whatever (like with homosexual behavior in non human animals), like "but that snail over there is neither male nor female and birds dont have xx for females and xy for males" you're not a snail or a bird, you're a human and these are specifically part of the biological differences between snails and birds and humans.

Social media users can't understand context.

In furry porn context, talking about the genitals is pretty important. Hermaphrodites are valid.

With all due respect, how is this any different than when someone gets turned on when being called "faggot," like a degrading sorta thing.
