First off, I know the difference and am fully aware of the etymology of the term. To assume otherwise based off of a four word reply which negated none of that knowledge is asinine.

I see no evidence of external stimuli (i.e. gaped anus, a toy or hand/dick to show that he was being penetrated or jerked off), and he's in the proper position to have been performing auto-fellatio.
