Well let me toos this out here. Yeah it COULD imply transphobia.,, but does it always. Like I would say i would get very triggered by hateful people at work who called me 'fag'.... but, if say i was involved in an intimate sexual game with a straight macho guy who wants to dom the 'girly fag' then maybe its kinda appealing to get called that. In bed sex is a heavily nuanced power game, and it looses its magic if you try too hard to justify it or psychologically analyze it. So unless the artist was activley trying to make a political statement (which i doubt given that theres an alternate verson where Slappy IS intersexesd) then i think that it would be a fallacy to try and scrutinize every tiny detail or statement for hate and bias. Like some wise gamer feminits said "you can enjoy problematic content, just you have to be aware of why it is problematic and know its not a thing you should impose onto an entire minority or cultural group.
