  • That expression Frisky is making at the end of this page... it truly shows he's a good person, despite getting enraged so much during this chapter. The end is near, I can feel it, and it kinda makes me... sad...

Wait, do I know you? I vaguely remember seeing you on R34. Are you the same person?
And yeah, I feel the same as you.

Yeah, I'm on R34 too, since I'm a hardcore Undertale lover, I'm pretty much everywhere.

  • Seeing how much this is sticking to the game... I wonder, will he beat Assmore and get neutral and have peddles hint him towards pacifist? or will he just go back on a whim and find pacifist on his own?

That could be interesting. I've pointed out in the past that TheWill said he didn't plan to use Omega Peddles in this story, but New Home was possibly my favorite part of the game, and I would love to see it replicated here.

  • 3 more parts left. After 5 years, it feels melancholy that we're approaching the end, but I'm also happy that I've gotten to come along for the ride

  • I mean I can't blame him because he's just been banging so when you hear you might have kill someone to go home and take there soul can be a hard to handle

  • Now hold on a second....
Syphla never explicitly states that Frisky has to kill Assmore. Frisky made that assumption on his own. I think (in this universe) "taking her soul" could be a euphemism for something else. But if that were the case, what's making Syphla so upset?
I could be wrong though. We'll have to wait and see.

  • I guess we were so busy cheering him during his sex-capades that we've forgotten about that little detail towards the end.

And, it's not going to be a pleasent end to a long ride for Frisk, no matter what he chooses to do.

I just realized this AU glossed over or omitted most of the references to Asriel.

Are there any before New Home besides when you fall in waterfall and the statue with the umbrella? Both of those are in the comic.

  • You know, something that I've always wondered about in this part of the game was the wording. You need both a monster's soul and a human soul to get through the barrier if you want to leave. Another thing was the design and motivation for making the barrier in the first place.
We know that anyone and anything can ENTER the barrier, but leaving it requires a monster and human soul. That always struck me as strange. Not just what you need in order to leave, but also the fact they bothered to lock them away at all. Supposedly this war was seen as one of survival. Why let ANY of them survive when they supposedly were this incredible threat? Why lock them away in what effectively is a time capsule? A human can absorb as many monster souls as they want (if they can) but monster souls are weak, so it won't amount to much. A monster, on the other hand, becomes a Hero if they absorb one, a horrid reality-warping abomination if they absorb six, and for all intents and purposes a god if they get seven. The ones that made this prison had to know that the chances of 7 humans over time ending up in that prison were more than zero, so why allow humans to pass through the barrier at all?
It occurs to me that it was never meant to be a prison at all. In theory no on need die to free monsterkind at all. Just literally walk out hand-in-hand and you have one monster soul and one human soul.

  • This is amazing so far!
Although I am genuinely curious what a whole "rape" (Idk what else to call it) route would be like, we've seen bits and most of it would just be skipped but at least the major battles would be mildly intriguing.

  • I'm sorry, Frisky. But, as the old adage goes... Rip and tear... Until it is done... Well, unless you've done the True Pacifist route!

  • on one hand, I wanted to see him dick down sylpha as hard as he could, but i think that's being saved for after the amalgamates thing

on the other hand, i'm glad will is keeping the stakes that were in the original game!
