Bio:
Belial is a shadowmorph; a dense and sentient mass of shapeshifting shadow that absorbs light into energy, thus he's actually pretty warm. A soft membrane forms around his mass to allow him to take shape and mimic other species. The membrane looks shiny and feels like gelatinous tar. While Belial can harden, he can also soften any part of his body at will. Being a demon his body breaks several rules and cannot be defined as logical, and demons are still complex creatures. His body extends far below the surface and is actually gigantic, he never shows his full size and often takes the shape that suits him the most. He doesn't have any eyes, lungs, or organs but can create fake copies of them if he finds it necessary. He doesn't have a heart or even a core, his mind seems unique even when he splits his body, and any part of him seems to share an invisible connection. Belial is an ancient being that probably cannot die or would if it was possible to destroy his entire mass.

Location:
Belial resides somewhere in the darkest place of hell where he rules as a Demon lord. The whole area is in fact made of his body but isn't living anymore. It's an entity he has control over and can modify at will, and anything that steps in his territory is immediately informed to Belial via a telepathic link.

Trivia:
Being a demon, Belial can consume the body and soul of his victims. He does it to increase his mass and strength. He can also entrap his victims inside of him. Nobody knows where they really go but he has the ability to store and bring them back intact. When Belial feels playful he consumes their flesh and infuses those souls in reproductions of their former body made of him. He calls them shadowlings, minions who can act on their own, retaining their personality and intelligence. However, because they are made from his body they also share Belial's telepathic link meaning that they absolutely can't refuse any order from him.
