Sometimes you just have to be the "bigger" person, if anything it shows to others that you can swallow your own pride to help someone you otherwise don't like.

This is 3rd page and she called him tiny dick already twice, once in each page to really hammer it down. At this point it's pretty much guaranteed the comic is going for the "ooh I never knew you were this big!" trope.

My guess is that when it does happen there's gonna be a 'grower not a shower' joke.

That and my guess for the porn section of this is that somehow it's gonna lead to a whole 'I'll show you that you deserve love type of deal.

Maybe art style isn't what people tend to turn their attention towards when reading here in E621.
But you're correct, it is very similar.
It could also be intentional that people don't want to copy/imitate the shows' artstyle

I like the style - it's close to the show's, but not an exact trace. It still has the artist's unique touch. :3
