I don't really see how questionable consent applies here.
The dialogue between the two says that the dominant will stop once the
submissive says so and as the submissive doesn't say anything it implies they're perfectly fine with it.
There's even a heart by the last line spoken by the submissive so.. I don't see how its questionable.

i think it’s supposed to be implied that the sub’s mouth is full of cum either because he’s cumming in his own mouth or because of cum through shenanigans so he can’t actually speak
but also i’m not very smart so it’s hard to say
