I am actually on their fanbox, and really, it isn't that good. Their old art is GONE. Absolutely!
It really, really pissed me off when they did that. But look now!! There are at least 4 of Be*5's images in the hot section of e6!
All of this art on e6 might be taken down again to keep most of their content on fanbox and Twitter. So, I wouldn't expect it to last.

I'm canceling my membership to them very soon.

Maim removed all of their work as well, which I find counter productive since I see their animations posted on Telegram every now and then.

I'm also on their fanbox. And lemme tell you about all of the old works they've purge on social media, all of them is not even there, just partial, lots of them was lost. So yeah, the fanbox is not really that good, I'm cancelling my subscription very soon. Plus it's fanbox, it's already not friendly with western the audience, or anyone outside of Japan really.

I'm liking the fanbox, the uncensored versions are good (which i'm surprised they're available at all, given how japanese censorship works), plus there's stuff like the comic from a while back, and they post regularly. Still sucks that most of the old stuff got nuked though.

Yerp, there is another way to go around that censorship rule (you can just host the uncensored versions on a different archive and all is good). They just don't want uncensored stuffs on the platform itself

There is one place that still has it. rule34.xxx. The spoiler thing is just for the funny, but still, they haven't been affected by the take down. At least, last time I checked.

They got harassed by a massive group of Americans for drawing Shota on their Twitter, so they decided to delete everything and paywall what’s left. They made a statement on their Twitter about it at the time.

I'm not against artists charging money for their work. In fact, I think that it's highly beneficial for them, and they should. Artists work hard, and spend countless hours perfecting their style. They deserve money for what they do.

But, in case, if you needed context for what's happening, they just absolutely Thanos snapped all of their art, and instead put it behind a pay wall. This hurts not only how the artist is perceived, but is accessed. People who loved their art see it as a move meant to be greedy. Not only that, but it restricts people from seeing how good their art is so that they can see if they want to join a pay site. So, no new traffic.

I would gladly pay good money to see an amazing artist such as Be post their art. Especially NSFW exclusives. But to nuke all of their previous art and put existing works behind a paywall was pretty bad for everyone. I want to see Be succeed, and it's unfortunate to learn that Be was harassed into making this decision. Hopefully they regain the eyes that they might have lost while nuking their art, and accounts. I wish them well, but for me personally, I'm out.

It's more 'fuck artists who release something for free, then expect people to retroactively start paying as soon as it gets popular.' Its bizarre how many people forget commissions are a viable way to make money as soon as some artist does something scummy.

Be*5 or Inax actually done this once back then, if i remember correctly it's because their parents finds out about the twitter and other social media accounts of them, so they deleted everything! Even secure their twitter, but i don't recall going far into deleting fanbox content or E6 content

My best assumption behind the deletions of every art from them is because their parents or something to do with IRL stuff, which is gotta say not a very2 nice move to do, a douche one tbh

But then again, if they were to put their real life over their fans and audience i guess we better leave tbh
