You still have to unlock the stages of undress, but you can do that within day 1 because of your high RWC.

This only happens if you go to the special beach on that day. Many of the "random" events aren't random at all. Meating Blaze on the beach is one of them.

Okay, so to get her dress off you have to get your touch, happiness and her RWC up. Touch (for me at least) is around 20-30, happiness is around 50 and RWC is around 300-350. Go to her room and choose "play with dolls", "We'll see about that warrior princess chao!", "Take the hit and fall in a dramatic performance", "Grin evily and respond with a surprise counter attack", and lastly "Start grinding against her while keeping your grip loose".
