"It's McGheed, dammit!"
Hoggish McGheed is the head and founder of Big Capital Company, one of the largest businesses in the world, a big champion of capitalism and one of the richest individuals on the planet. He is also Shani Uzuri's boss.
Contrary to his surname (which nobody but Shani can get right), McGheed is a major philanthropist, a critic of capitalism's seedier aspects and pays his employees very well. One of his side business is Relics Reclamations International, which aims to recover and protect the world's cultural heritage. This drew Shani's attention, who was offered a job by Hoggish as an RRI agent due to her own efforts to get cultural treasures out of the black market. Despite some bad first impressions, Hoggish and Shani formed a strong alliance and friendship.
