Jiktar Commission

This is a character I always struggle with a bit. I never quite know what to do with the head shape, pure black and white characters are always tricky, and of course no fluff! Fluff hides so many issues. x3

But, I think I managed to pull this one together? Looks alright to me, but I can never tell, hah. Hope it's alright!
