In the Rishan Galaxy, τ radiation permeates all matter. In some, it accumulates exponentially. They must train to release it in a controlled manner, or risk its poison.

    Interesting so from what I got it's basically a all flowing energy that can build up in forms of matter for living things too much can kill but using implants it can also utilized via converting it though the process isn't easy

    That's pretty cool actually.

    So in effect she is trying to learn how to affect small forces to create large outcomes.
