April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.
Please, help us get the word out by letting others know about this issue.
For some further information on what the bill does have a look at https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2586/
We still have a Discord server, come talk to us!

Memberlags lol Google chrome flash crashes on me
reppikS
MemberIts a lag machine. Is that enough for a flag deletion?
RawrNate
MemberI don't know what everyone is saying, it doesn't lag at all for me. Then again, I use my computer for rendering 3d animations, video editing, and running just about every PC game on the highest settings...
Mittsies
MemberNo lag here.
You guys must have wooden PCs.
ZuriZ
MemberYeah guys, you should upgrade to at least an iron computer or diamond. :P
Kori Oji
MemberThe song is funny atleast, BUT NOT WHEN I EXIT FIREFOX AND IT KEEPS PLAYING!
ZuriZ
MemberI turned down the volume to literally 0 and I could still hear it. :P
Bongani
MemberIs there a better version sans the lag? If so...
Natasatch
Member"This post was flagged for deletion by Dagre. Reason: Laggs to high hell."
user 9583
MemberWorks fine for me. Dumb reason to flag it imo.
Bongani
MemberAs an aside, it lagged so bad it caused my Flash plugin to freeze.
Bongani
MemberAnd as a bit of a further note, it makes Flash eat up 50% of my CPU's capacity.
CamKitty
MemberWell if it doing that then ya, that is a decent flag reason
corgi bread
MemberWorks fine for me, doesn't really do anything to my computer's performance or flash or anything. Maybe it's your 'potato attached to a bit of silicon' computer?
D4rk
BlockedLag killed my Browser
Bongani
Membercorgi bread) My computer's not the best thing around - it's a dual-core 2.4GHz Pentium - but a flash should still not be lagging your browser to the point it thinks flash has crashed and making the plugin take up half your CPU capacity.
Jerjercorn
MemberNo lag here. But then again, I am boss pc.
kristsf
MemberMy PC can handle all of those things, since this is a rig dedicated to rendering 3D animations as well, yet I also like like fuck when I reach the end despite expecting not to. Perhaps it has to do with some other variable like Flash version or browser used?
Sokatoah
MemberThe framerate is okay at the start for me, but about half way through it becomes too much and the fps goes down to about 1 - 0.5 fps near the end.
MuteMyth
MemberDagre, please. Invest in a new computer.
AlexAngel
MemberNo lag at all. I use Internet explorer. I tried with chrome and then it crashed.
Loc0
MemberFire Fox - no lags! Also nice animation.
Patchi
MemberFlash on my firefox crashes when playing this.
Lunaz
Memberthe flag reason is just stupid...
punish him.
night bandit
MemberIf it doesn't work on one browser, go try another!
bobbafed
Memberthis just in, how to stop that lag, close the flash and don't come back to it
Also, works great to me
chtkghk
MemberI know...);
I'm very sorry about this shit.
I never use 3d tool in adobe flash.
chtkghk
MemberI mean I will never use 3d tool in adobe flash.
NotMeNotYou
AdminNo u.
MonoNatriumGlutamat
MemberIt works without lag until i right-click the flash.
The flag for deletion was unnecessary. It's not the files fault that the browser/computer can't handle it.
kristsf
MemberOf course it is the author of the flash file's fault. They made a badly optimized flash without testing it on more than one machine and people have to suffer it lagging or crashing their plugin and/or browser as a result. This would be like if I made a poorly optimized video game with bad graphics and then blamed people for having computers unable to run it when it was my fault.
Calista Ember
MemberIt has nothing to do with peoples computers... My computer is a monster, 3.0 Quadcore processor, powerful as anything video Card, 8 Gigs of DDR 3 memory... NOTHING has given me lag issues like this with Flash ever, let alone most POWERFUL Graphics, such as games and the like... It's the Flash, it's badly Optimized... And it can be a problem for some systems... Also, I'm running Windows 7 64bit on top of it all...
JayGib
MemberThat's a monster? Maybe 2 years ago...
Also, I didn't have any lag either. But I run a high-end gaming/3D rendering machine, so I guess that's the reason.
KindleKandle
MemberActually, the first time I opened this page, it lag my browser to high hell, and I was using my laptop capable of playing games at medium settings. But just now my second time attempting this, my computer isn't lagging one bit. That's strange.
Bongani
MemberI'm using Firefox (it's my primary browser). It lags my browser and makes it think Flash has frozen.
I have the same issues with it when I try to view it in IE, so I'm inclined to say it's the file's issue (given that it also makes the Flash plugin take up half my processor's capacity) as opposed to my rig.
EightyNine
MemberShit, you found me out.
I was secretly a rogue Amish.
CandleJake
BlockedWeird. It basically lagged so hard it froze, while the music played and the image was static. Then, the song ended, and the video continued silently with no lag whatsoever.
Maybe it's the music doing it? Whatever.
This isn't furry, anyway. It's nekomimi; that shouldn't count if you ask me.
GrammarNazi
MemberYeah almost crashed Puffin it really lagged at the end, as warned, but what is incredible was the sound stopped! Now for most there like, " So what?" Well I'll put it this way: Puffin ALWAYS plays the sound over the video, so if the video freezes the sound continues, I have never found a flash that the video kept going and the sound stopped. Congrats creator you have given me a real first here. Also, can't imagine the lag I would've had on my PC seeing as my iPad is the fastest device I have. Reason i point this out:
Calista Ember
MemberYeah well, this may be shocking to you but most people don't even have close to the specs I do at the moment, a lot of people, and I do mean a lot, have less than powerful machines that would have been considered powerful 6 years ago... we make due... And this machine is two years old... Oddly, it still holds up 100% to any games that have come out today, as I can run any powerful game I've gotten thus far at 100% and then some. It's powerful for what I need it to be, not all of us render 3D graphics... Or have thousands to spend... so get off the snarky attitude.
Futachimaru
Membera version that doesn't make my computer shit itself would be great.
SentientMoon
MemberThe look I had on my face was: D: The whole time. I do not have enough hands to hold all these wats.
petresko
MemberSomebody..somewhere..is fapping to this.
RukioIkara
MemberGood news, everyone! Some kind anon on 4chan's /f/ board is currently working on a fix for this flash.
Apparently, the action script for it restarts the timeline after every single frame. Basically, it tries to restart the flash until resources are choked.
Unfortunately, this means the anon has to rewrite the action script, and redo some of the flash.
Naros
MemberNo lag, but lols were had. XD
Gzxhaze
MemberPretty sure this is what hell looks like...
