If it's a boss+a non-coworker, and the boss is calling that time in as a break... would be mostly ethical, except for the 'misuse of office space' part, maybe. Then again, so is anything you do in your office that isn't strictly work.
It's also not a matter of public indecency since it's behind closed doors (+- the window at the end could be a problem, admittedly). So overall, there's little to no legitimate reason to object.
Should definitely make sure your secretary isn't a gossiper / prude though, that would be a set-up for problems.

When the window broke, my first thought was "Oh... theyre too horny for their self preservation to kick in... par for the course for furry characters mid coitus I guess." Second, unless your secretary is cool as fuck and extremely tight-lipped about your personal affairs /clever about what stories she can come up with so you have a solid alibi, you're eventually just gonna get or be placed in prime position for blackmail if anyone else finds out. Actually, most things are omnivorous to at least some degree. Wolves have been seen eating fruits and vegetables in the wild, and cows, horses, even deer will often munch a small bird if they can get ahold of one.
