He very likely is, do to his anthropomorphic nature, but if we’re going for realistic fox anatomy this is very accurate. Foxes aren’t all that big IRL.

This is actually accurate for canines. They are small and thin from the start and only enlarge in girth/length and the knot swells when reaching climax after it is already inside the female. Most people seem to always get that wrong and draw the peen oversized before full penetration.
