News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

  • Both the expressions and the animated movements are superb. Voice acting is pretty decent too, albeit kind of cheesy XD

The wing work was a nice touch too. ;)

    Eeyup.

I love this! It’s just so hot with Rarity giving Spike her full permission to screw Flutters into a stupor as she’s she’s getting off to her little peep show. I’m hoping we get a Spike, Flutters and AJ in a threesome.

  • i normally can't stand 3dcg but there are several aspects of this that hit different in exactly the right ways. What caught me at first was how fluid and organic the body motions felt. I'm used to 3d renders being robotic and stiff and that was both a pleasant surprise *and* grabbed my attention right away. Then I noticed the lighting on the models. Maybe it was just some excellent texture work, or maybe it was actual geometry, but even then it can hardly account for the almost painterly feel of some of the scenes. It sometimes even gave me the impression of a painted 2d work being animated... then there's the models themselves. Feels like for the longest time we've only seen awful source film maker models where they took a generic human body and slapped a pony head on it, and it looked incredibly disjointed. the issue isn't *entirely* gone here but these particular assets are drastically less awkward, ungainly, and uncanny.

The facial expressions though really put the cherry on top. REALLY sold it! perhaps they could be described as maybe even a little TOO cartoony, but ... these are cartoon characters. it almost suits them. And i can't stress enough how much better an alternative this is to static expressions.

The only real critical notes I could offer might be some of the geometry clipping and spike's uh... clearly segmented tail... but hey, we can't win it all! The composition is what makes it work. Imperfect tools with masterful execution.

Excellent work. Thank you for posting it.
