Reads to me that they flagged for it to be deleted due to audio issues and planned to re-post it with fixed audio.
Why they do a deletion instead of a replacement is beyond me, though.

I think by "technical issues" Zoruken meant the post deletion, because he didn't understand it either.

I thought the tails post was deleted because the anim used frame blending. This one might as well (?)

What is wrong with frame blending? It's just a simple effect and it's not forbidden by the quality guidelines unlike what the deletion reason says.

But frame blending has nothing to do with AI. As I said, it's a simple effect which adds a crossfade between each frame to make the motion look smoother.
