I feel like this is meant to be Kiri from the new Way of Water movie. Her full name is "Kiri te Suli Kìreysì'ite" by the way. Anyway I'm not positive enough to slap a tag on but that's just what I thought.

Aside from the accessory choice, the only reason I don't think this character is Kiri is because she has 5 fingers and this character has the traditional 4

It was the 4_fingers that made me hesitant as well. I wasn't sure if it was a OC or if the artist just made a mistake. More and more I'm leaning towards the former.
