In this page, we'll explain who Alpha is for a bit after explaining why the Succubi can make hands when they're supposed to be feral animals.

The reason is very simple though, most of us Furries have an interest in cartoon animals over the real ones, and while the Succubi who work under Leader is supposed to push that interest to over the limit, many Succubi kinda find the idea of being animals that can make hands a bit easier to stomach being an animal in the first place. I have to remind you that Succubi aren't supposed to turn into animals in the first place, so Leader's business is not only weird to them but also pretty uncomfortable too. The ones who join Leader in her Hunts are ones that are just curious about why Leader is having so much Fun hunting down members our fandom who had the bad luck of getting on their radar as animals. While the ones who are just curious about the fandom's preference of anthro characters over humans participate in the hunt in a different way. Basically the same way Meri does as a "prize"/final test for the current victim. This comic is basically about the former.

Before I move on ahead about how important this bear is and why it's important for her to, the one final reason as to why they occasionally make hands when they're supposed to be paws is very simple: stiff paws are not exactly fun to play with, emote, and use, especially for when they "deal" with their victim. However, most Succubi under leader will at the very least try to adhere to the stiff paw part of the animal form they're in, but if they're fictional cartoon animals, they will make hands whenever possible. That also includes opening doors with their paws, not that it will matter anyway, they'll probably just break through the door anyway with their demonic super strength needed to pin their victims.

Now the important thing about that Bear is that, while like Queen, she's basically one of Leader's Leading Succubus to handle their prey when she gets too busy on her normal Succubus job of seducing a human as a human. Anyway the bear goes by the name of Alpha in this game and is basically the right hand demoness to Leader. She's actually one of the first Succubi to willingly join Leader in hunting Furries as along with her best friend, Owl, who isn't here right now.

Alpha finds Leader's activities interesting enough that she'll join her for the exciting times that Leader's "Fun" brings to their centuries-old times. In fact taking on their victims imagination and trying to bring that to reality is probably the most fun the two ever had together and it is something that is shared with the other Succubi, like the Vaporeon Rapper Fan. Although as it is discovered in this comic, trying to draw on their target's imagination to do certain things can only be pushed so far.

Most Succubi never really try to draw on their target's imagination besides their appearance which is why it is basically somewhat of a new discovery that doing things that a Succubus doesn't have the necessary skills to replicate, will result in them reenacting these "abilities" as if it was the victim doing them themselves.
Simply put: If you don't know how to rap, and the Succubus doesn't know how to rap, then the Succubus can't rap no matter how good they imagine them to be.

That's why that Vaporeon Rapper Fan annoyed Alpha enough for her ask why the fan is a... huge fan of the character she turned into. Alpha does have her own patience and I think values a bit of the personal freedom that her sisters normally have and knows that this fan is going to try rapping again; so it's better for her to actually teach her rather than have her poorly rap again and embarrass herself and her group. Basically, Alpha is a bit more worldly than Leader and the other Succubi and uses that experience to help herself and Leader's group.

Alpha has purple eyes as a bear not because the victim wanted that for her, but because those are eyes are her "cartoon form." Like Queen she has a particular type of animal that she prefers to turn into and being a bear and other large animals are her preferred form. If the victim even has a passing interest in bears, she will immediately choose to become this animal no matter how low on the list. Though she prefers to be a realistic bear, but Furries like that are few and far in between. So if her target has an overwhelming amount of interest in cartoon animals over real ones and a bear is barely on the list, she'll normally give herself her own set of "cartoon eyes." As you may have noticed, her eyes are largely based on the bears from the latest Puss in Boots movie which should be just good enough to give her all the expressions she needs with that body.

This is technically why she kinda complains about the fact that the Vaporeon Rapper is somehow considered sexier and cooler than the other Vaporeon, just because she has anime eyes. In fact she's somewhat similar to Leader in wondering why cartoon animals are more interesting to most Furries than normal ones. She's also aware of Sadith being Kumoko all the time and knows about her Kumoko's "realistic spider form" but she sticks with the anime eyes due to that's how I prefer Kumoko. The Vaporeon Rapper Fan may be in the similar position to Sadith, but is the only one that outright states (well actually largely implies) that she thinks the Vaporeon Rapper is sexier than the other Vaporeon to her. Pretty much the whole cartoon eyes things is just another weird pile of weird things about Furries that Alpha mentally just puts on her list about them. The only thing they provide to Alpha is that they make things interesting and fun due to their imagination.

There will be more of Alpha in some other time, but I gotta give credit where credit is due: Alpha is actually IronTiger's :iconIronTiger26: character and we've been talking about her for awhile. Although I've always wanted one of the Succubi under leader to turn into the Vaporeon Rapper, Iron's character gave me a perfect opportunity to introduce both of them for this series. In fact that Vaporeon Rapper Fan, is actually part of an alternate universe version mini story where Succubi, like Queen and her actually encounter, the Real Characters themselves in their disguises. Just like what I had plan on the Vaporen Rapper fan actually meeting Boyfriend and the real Vaporeon Rapper in some other planned commission I had.

But Alpha on the other hand, she's part of Leader's second-in-command substitutes for her when she's too busy with her real Succubus job and one of the more closer friends to Leader and I'm kinda happy to introduce her to everyone and talk about my friend's character for a bit. You may see more of Alpha in the future.
