News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

    Cult of the Lamb: Doom & Shroom

    This woolly guy isn’t sheepish when it comes to bringing in more Cult of the Lamb followers. He can’t be: whenever The Lamb leaves camp, the goal is always to bring back at least one more Cult of the Lamb follower. It’s doubly important when your one true love can leave this world at a moment’s notice. Of course… that’s when you just quickly have yourself a Cult of the Lamb marriage. Look, when you’ve got the power, you can pretty much do what you want.

    The thing is that some supporters can turn nasty when they think your Cult of the Lamb is poop. They might just start calling it Cult of the Lamb Poop… and then want to eat poop and… it becomes a whole thing. Then you’ve got yourself a Cult of the Lamb dissenter, and no one needs that; not I, not ewe. It’s time for a mass Cult of the Lamb sacrifice, baby!

    I love how accurate this is to the game and it's mechanics up until the point where they all start going crazy when they get the mushroom soup. For some reason in game the mushroom soup doesn't cause them to hallucinate, but there is a ritual in the game that does, but it actually just pacifies them and makes them unceasingly loyalty you according to the game mechanics instead of all the stuff that happens in this animation

    the mushroom soup was just for the animated it not in the game

    Ritualistic consumption of the mushrooms works out well due to the brainwashing aspect of the ritual leaning their minds over towards mad devotion.

    Left unchecked when eaten in a soup, however, and their minds go intensely towards whatever they think about. Some of them eat poop when they were told not to. Yuki beats Simon half to death. That one guy just screams. And a lot of them lash out at the Crown's tendrils in their minds.
