A tall white unicorn, Fleur is Fancy Pant's wife. It was her idea that her husband should invest in Rarity's fashion store as she saw potential in both her designs and the quality of her work. It worked fantastically. She accompanied Rarity to the opening of the latest Caroussel Boutique in Ponyville Docks and was awaiting her husband's return.

He sent her letters regularly but they got more and more dire as time went on. He was on a business trip to assess if what he heard was true: Zebras were used as slave labor in cotton plantations and in the factories that reproduce Rarity's clothing lines.

His last letters saw him try and gain audience with the crown to expose this hainous act when he suspected he would be made a criminal by some very powerful ponies.

When guards came to arrest her and Rarity on the accounts of money laundering through their stores, she knew her husband had been arrested and was probably rotting in a cell. Fluttershy and Applejack came to their help and Fleur vowed to get her love out of that prison and expose the truth.

Often mistaken for the captain due to her stature, she grew stronger as a figher as the investigations went on. Her sharp and precise spellcasting made her a formidable sniper. While some stories talk about a bullseye at 10,000 hooves distance, which she neither confirms nor denies, putting a hole in the middle of a spinning golden bit usually shuts up most neigh-sayers.
