With the exception of the couple organs I fictionalized for urethral diversion (a design implement intended to make urination more convenient in some instances), this anatomical layout can theoretically be used in conjunction with donor organs by a transitioning individual to create a real, fully developed and sexually functional, Futanari/Hermaphrodite.

While seated, the "urethral reflex ligament" is in a relaxed state, permitting the "urethral redirection bladder" to retain its relaxed shape, sealing off the primary urethral passage within the penis, and allowing urine to flow through the secondary urethra.
While standing, this ligament, attached to inguinal ligaments is pulled taut, tightening the "urethral redirection bladder" around the secondary urethra and releasing pressure from below on the primary urethra.
While the penis is erect, blood flow into the "urethral redirection bladder" constricts fluid flow through the secondary urethra and provides a structural support that keeps pressure off of, and fluid flow through, the primary urethra.

The pros include
- No Retrograde Ejaculations (you'll find out why below).
- The ability to enjoy the sensations of both sexes and broaden one's sexual horizons.
- The ability to "hotswap" sexual organs for repetitive orgasms (E.G. orgasm the female organs, give them a rest while causing an orgasm in the male organs, and repeat).
- The anatomy decreases or eliminates "splashup" some males experience while urinating while seated.
- For one who gains this anatomy via surgery and receives donor genitalia, one can impregnate oneself without risk of "selfcest" (sorry, hentai people born like this would still be performing "selfcest").

As an... intriguingly ironic con to this... the layout of this anatomy can theoretically cause accidental or deliberate self impregnation of an individual with this anatomy should all of the following four criteria be met:
1. The individual is performing/experiencing a sexual event that can stimulate, and cause an orgasm within, the male genitalia (E.G. Masturbation, "Being the Male" during sex, "Being the Female" during Anal or Vaginal Sex (due to the pressure that would be exerted near directly on the prostate), or even wet dreams).
2. The individual is lying on his/her back, especially with the hips elevated relative to the torso (E.G. Sleeping with the lower body elevated, or having hips raised to make intercourse easier for the partner, such as while performing the butterfly or bridge sexual positions).
3. The individual's primary (penile) urethra is entirely blocked at and following the point of orgasm within the male genitalia, preventing the release of ejaculatory fluids (E.G. directly applying pressure to the urethra, a sexual position applying unnecessary amounts of force to the urethra, or the use of cock rings, rubber bands, or other devices that can constrict the urethra).
4. The individual exhibits a strong ejaculation or has insufficient blood pressure during the sexual event (E.G. The ejaculation's pressure is too high for the "urethral redirection bladder" to contain the ejaculate within the primary urethra, or the individual experiences Erectile Dysfunction, both of which will likely cause an "inverse ejaculation", that is, ejaculation through the secondary urethra, accompanied by some discomfort or pain in the vicinity of the urethral junction).
Should these four criteria be met simultaneously, one's own semen will likely enter the vaginal canal, greatly increasing the odds of self impregnation.
