well they're idiots. if at some point during or before having sex she said no then it's rape. If she never said no then it was fully consensual and not rape.

Yet you can be thrown into jail for Rape even if she never said No or even gave a Hint of disagreement. Since the law is somewhat fucked up, Rape is when you "say" no to a sexual act and it continues, but most females don't say no they think "No I don't want this, not with him/her" and then it is considered rape either way since she was unwilling yet gave no indication to stop. Yay for Law flaws >_>

This is, like, really fucked up, and shows some fucked shit, but remember that it's fake. You may dislime the person who drew this right now, but now imagine someone who does this irl. The person who drew this only made you remember that a fucked up concept exists. The second person, however causes incomprehensibly more damage. Please remember that when you see something like this. Also, remember that a lot of other things are widely considered as being okay to draw, like murder and animal abuse depending on the animal. Think about things based on what the actual effects are, rather than what is arbitrarily considered to be bad.

I'm not into this in any sexual way, but I do find the story to be "good" in the sense that I hope deep down it turns out alright. Like being at the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next, then witnessing the ending scene as a cliffhanger. Just great.

Just like watching crime shows. Like SVU.
