Nope, I didn't choose to be AMAB but I choose to continue to remain male presenting. I can sympathize and relate to feeling like a puzzle piece that doesn't fit anywhere. I can relate to the curiosity of what it's like from new perspectives.

Even though I have intrusive thoughts like "I'm only 5 '4, scrawny and probably would have been better off as a girl.", transitioning just wasn't for me and that's okay.

the problem mostly lies in the several cases where it is not tried as a hate crime but as a "regular" murder even where there are clear signs that there was an intent to cause pain and suffering to the victim while being murdered, for example, way more stab wounds that would be necessary to kill anyone

I wish I could give more examples but it got way too depressing to keep seeing news like those so I just stopped and kinda blocked it off my mind

A hate crime is not really defined by the amount of pain and suffering caused to the victim. If someone inflicts 150 stab wounds on a man for no reason it is a horrible crime, but not a hate crime. However if the man is targeted specifically for being gay, it is a hate crime even if he gets verbally assaulted, at least in many Western countries (and I think you will agree that getting stabbed is way worse than getting verbally assaulted regardless of the reason).

ur right, I should have worded it differently, point still stands that very often we see people being targeted for their gender expression or sexuality but is not treated as a hate crime, it was last year I believe a trans teenager was murdered and the court found it not to be a hate motivated murder for her gender expression even though the circumstances proved otherwise, again, being turned into a statistic by a violent biggot
