Description
Yeah I'm not happy with the mods on this site.
My recent toad art got taken down and I believe because the mods think they're human. I know this based on a similar incident with TepigFan101 where his toad art also got taken down.
The point I'm making with this image is to prove a point. Toads are not human and SHOULD be allowed to have solo pics.
In the uploading guidelines under Humans and e621, there is a point stating that
"The things that make humans not-human under our rules are visible, anatomical deviations from the standard human."
Yes, Link is technically an elf.. or more specifcally, a Hylian so he's allowed to have solo artwork. That's fine but the toad species is breaking the rules?
The toad species OBVIOUSLY is less human then an elf. So if you're a mod who has found this, can you please stop deleting toad only artwork on e621 because it's not breaking the rules.

MemberI once saw a comic of ben tennyson getting fucked by some dude get downvoted and removed because human only, but it was just an edit of a comic of gwen tennyson getting fucked by some dude that's been on this site for almost a decade

MemberI once uploaded this picture: https://twitter.com/andrefil360/status/1578064020795543553, which is of a humanoid monster with grey skin, fangs, claws, and glowing yellow eyes. It was removed for being "human only."

Janitorpool #2108 is grandfathered content, which means it was approved under a different set of guidelines. This is the same reason why posts like post #255530 get to remain on the site.

MemberIt is kinda weird that a lot of posts that do follow the rules get taken down for being 'too human', so much so that it is kinda hard to say why exactly without pointing towards some kind of bias.

MemberWell I do know the mod who has deleted my toad only art and I think it's the same one that got rid of TepigFan101's toad art as well. It's a hunch because both our art got taken down rather recently. There are other more recent artwork of toad only stuff that have been approved my other moderators and this art isn't even "grandfathered content" (before May 2016 when no human only art was introduced as a rule). Based on the knowledge I know, I think the mod that deleted my art needs to re-read the rules.

MemberI once posted a picture of Cuddle Team Leader from Fortnite, and it got taken down because it was considered human, despite it being the full bear suit. Something about furry cosplay not being allowed, which is definitely bs.

MemberThat's not "mod logic", that's "guidelines." If the mushroom cap showed that it was fused to the Toad, that could probably pass guidelines (unless it then reached a mod's logic); without any sign that the "non-human feature" isn't just an accessory, it won't be considered.
The lack of features is just seen as a form of minimalism.
That one definitely seems off. Did you speak with the moderator about it?

MemberThis can apply to some Alien species like Togrutas from Star Wars as well, their lekkus and montrals are part of their anatomy. But for some reason, the mods viewed as a hat/headress than being part of the anatomy.

MemberI'm sorry this has happened I really like your art I hope that you will still upload art on here in the future.

MemberThis is a fair argument but i think you fail to see the point.
If Toad is human and thus breaking guidelines, how do characters like Link or Zelda get a pass? This could be said for a lot of characters/species and it's a very real double standard.

MemberPosted an artwork of Toad with Luigi (Luigi's Mansion setting) recently and it got taken down for being too human, then I showed that Janitor more artwork with them as proof of what's approved, they then deleted the 5 posts. XD ^^'
Wouldn't Toad fit under this with their heads? -> The things that make humans not-human under our rules are visible, anatomical deviations from the standard human.
Examples are the presence of animal body parts (dog ears, cat tail, pig snout, horse penis, etc.), alien body parts, plant body parts, etc.
