Well, you definitely had a blast rendering Wendell's cock, otherwise your argument wouldn't make any sense. I think what they're trying to say is if you're going to plop a humanoid dick on something, just keep it humanoid. I'm not saying Dire's cock being red is any more 'correct' anatomy wise, since it is your own work and interpretation, and most people expect to see a knot when they see a red cock in furry art, so it can be a little off-putting when it's just pure red human dong, whatever the fuck that is, it makes it look like Dire was designed by a furry who doesn't know how gradients work yet. I digress though, he doesn't even have a tail in-game, and he's technically a werewolf, so it's up to interpretation.

Also, this isn't an animal dick problem. If it was, furry art would have died a long time ago. If you really don't feel comfortable animating that kind of dick, you're not forced to. The only reason I can think of for you doing it is because you know how much attention knotted dicks get and you just wanted the tag on your animation for broader coverage. I'm sure you would've had the same amount of people complaining if you gave Wendell a humanoid cock too.

I really like how expressive you've made Dire in this animation. Many animation artists have a tendency of keeping the same facial expressions but you both showed him grinning, wincing and even a bit of a pleading expression when he asked "What about my hole?". Great stuff right there~
