Lunacy is yet another villain, although more evil than Toma and Echo, being the parents of Blaze and Silver, although his parents dont quite know he's evil, no one does expect for Toma and Echo as they're teaming up together to steal the chaos emeralds.
his name is a reference to the SWANS song of the same name.
