News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

Delga doesn't win many fights. He just likes being dominated by big guys. Sorry this video took so long! As a result, I put in a lot of extra work into this since it took forever to finish (lots of distractions and holiday stuff.) as a result this has become my longest animation yet (over 1min). You can bet the rendering was hell.
All characters featured are official Mugen characters...yes even me :) I honestly wanted to add a lot more, like Renamon and Guilmon going at it but due to source being...admittedly, a shitty program by todays standards, I had to scale back on a lot of details on this just to prevent it from crashing randomly so this was the most I could add without it going crazy.

    I haven't dabbled in anything mugen related in over 10+ years (in terms of character updates) so I may be a bit wrong on this but based on my file, the screen pack is called "UMMC (Meldo Edit) 1.0" and if it's still there, the website Mugenarchive should still have it.
    Only reason I'm still using 1.0 is for the 3v3 or 4v4 "fight" addons that 1.1 doesn't have (I think). So I'm not 100% certain if this screenpack is out for a higher version of mugen. Assuming you are even using it that.
