AceRattman was accused on twitter for tracing art and selling it, along with others coming forward with art theft accusations. They nuked their twitter and discord, essentially less then 30 minutes after the initial tweet was made. Looking at the evidence, it seems very likely Rattman potentially traced artwork, given how fast they coved their tracks, as well as their previous interactions with other users.

I have unconfirmed rumors that they will “lock down” their character kerelia, not only taking down all known art for the character, but preventing anyone from making any future art of the character. I highly doubt these rumors, as I suspect them to just be part of a bandwagon for slinging mud at Rattman.

I can however say that the future of this character is uncertain. It is truly a shame for such a greatly designed character to have their fate ambiguous, as well as having been made by an (alleged) art thief.

Rattman reactivated their twitter, and so far has just pretend like nothing happened. This occurred very recently, so we will probably see the situation develop.
