I's suggest "She might not be able to evolve because her temperament changed"
or around that ballpark.

i think when agious was typing this out it sounded better in their head and is incomprehensible in practice

I'll try to improve the writing. English isn't my native tongue, and I'm struggling with the writing to make good lines of dialogue.
