Long time watchers may know already at least once a year I do a Winnie picture on Halloween times. Though this time I went super late on it.
I made this one inspired by the third movie, also did her a bit closer to her actual in-movie design (boy Genndy Tartakovsky loves to change her overall design on every movie it seems.)
