Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

An adult will forget such things when said to a child, but to that child, it becomes part of their brain permanently, during a developmental period where they'll believe anything about themselves, no matter what.

Some context behind this piece

This is vent art surrounding my own childhood abuse trauma - I actually don't have a vomit fetish (surprisingly considering there's almost nothing that isn't at least somewhat hot to me these days) but often use vomit in personal pieces to symbolize feelings like saying/admitting things you're ashamed of, or being unable to stop yourself from showing outward signs of mental illness.
I'm a naturally talkative, emotionally open and sociable person (you could even say I'm an extrovert) but I have core childhood trauma which taught me that everything I say is annoying, that I talk too much, that my jokes aren't funny, that I always say hurtful things, etc. So a core part of my personality makes me think everyone hates me - fun!

I was proud of this and someone said it looks good on its own separate from being vent art so I decided to post it here without removing the thought bubbles/text because of the composition looking fine the way it is.

Also please don't worry about me, I'm in therapy for my PTSD and I'm getting more healthy all the time. I sadly had a flashback while I took a shower this evening and then I drew this to process the feelings and calm down, and now I feel way better and have plans to play Palworld with my friend!

PS: This is alluding to why I have stepfather_(lore) blacklisted!
