The only public source for this animation is 𝕏 which is 720p 1mbps maximum, so the resolution and quality are supposed to be trash unless artist pays for 𝕏 Premium monthly subscription.
Artist has both Patreon and Subscribestar, where the very first benefit listed is "High resolution versions of my artwork".

Under current rules, piracy is not tolerated here.
There is slight change it was upscaled using some AI tools, because the version was also pretty compressed that there was no telling what the actual quality of the file was originall, at which point also upscales and AI generated content both fall under "bad things to upload" in uploading guidelines.
