What, I’m posting art again?? How about that! Sorry for the inactivity, but I wanted to share some quick fanart for this new comic I’ve been reading on this site and hopefully inspire others to check it out too! It’s called “The Isle of Dawn” by DanmulS! It’s a really enthralling drama involving lions, complete with familial and political intrigue. It sort of has a Game of Thrones-esque vibe if I had to describe it. Please check it out and give it a read if you have time! The characters and world-building are so interesting and the artwork is just to die for 😍

Ever since DanmulS introduced the character of King Khell, I’ve sort of fallen in love with him LMAO. Despite his rugged appearance and snarky wit he apparently has a major soft spot for cubs, which is just *chef’s kiss* SO adorable 😤👌 And since his son Urska has just appeared in the comic, I thought it might be fun to see what a younger Khell looked like getting “attacked” by a much younger Urska. Not yet the “Champion of Crynn”, more like the “Champion of Ear Pulling” 😆

I have no idea what pre-broken jaw Khell or cub Urska are supposed to look like but I thought it might be fun to try my hand at it purely for the sake of some fun fanart. Please refer to DanmulS for all canon material and design work!!
