It took me a second to get this.

These are the characters from TABEKKO DOUBUTSU, a classic Japanese animal cracker. Every character have a plush, because in Japan everything is a mascot.

The artist have a picture of them having sex.

The kana is はめっ子どうぶつ　

はめる means a snuggly fit - like a glove, 子 is kanji for child, and どうぶつ just means animal.. So the words are "tight fitting child animals".

Or.. it can mean Horny Animals, considering there is a H doujinshi with the same name.

That's a very deep reference there but it's not unusual to Marimo have these random hentai fanarts, at least he is less insane than Mitsui Jun that even the translators sometimes just give up.
