  • Oddly enough, a relevant question.

    As near as I can tell, Governors can pardon a crime, but not erase a conviction. As this would involve not so much a trial conviction, but a basic fine at pretty much the City or County level, her hands might be tied. May as well be asking her to fight those parking tickets, or the littering fines

    If a crime is pardoned, aren't records sealed?
