sha vida always reminded me of the super suit designer lady from the Incredibles (in a good way, i find this type of character very entertaining)

Very much could be water. With that big, fancy light above it, it could just be clever light refraction making it rainbowy.

It wouldn’t be practical for it to be anything besides water. I’s important to stay hydrated during strenuous activity, after all, and those looking for other beverages can always drink from the tap.
