Don't worry for her, just cut off the eye stalks, that is where the grubs live, she can re-grow them.

Personally, I find this really hot. However, if you're disturbed or feel bad for the Goodra, I can try to cheer you up:

The Broodsac Parasite isn't itself fatal to snails. Rather what the shails die from is the birds who eat them. There's a lot of cases where the birds only eat the eye stalks, pulling out the broodsacs from the Snails body. The Snails just recover and regrow their eyestalks and continue on with their lives. So, theoretically, if this trainer is smart, they can take their Goodra to a doctor or something and have those Broodsacs surgically removed and Goodra will be fine. Though, let's hope they get their Pokémon taken away for being so neglectful
